Piano Pro Service

We can usually schedule a service call within two days of the initial contact .  We can do evening or weekend repairs if that is most convenient. We service most all of the Chicagoland area, including the city. Call to talk to one of our technicians to discuss the problems your instrument is having.

Because we have low overhead, we have a very reasonable hourly rate .  Most repairs can be done in about an hour due to our technicians' years of experience with automated instruments. Most player in-home repairs require very little materials, so parts costs are minimal. We have a warehouse of 'parts pianos' and spare parts that allows us to easily find replacement parts. Piano tuning or voicing is offered at a discounted rate.

We offer a 60 day guarantee on all of our in-home service work .  Our repairs are done with the proper restoration techniques and materials to guarantee originality and ease of future repairs. We take pride in doing the job right, and to your satisfaction.

Sometimes the work required is greater than what can be done in the home efficiently. We do not have to bring your entire instrument into the shop, the internal parts can be individually removed. After the parts are repaired or restored, they can be easily re-installed in your home.
